How I look after your details

This page explains what I collect when you write to me through this site, what I do with it, and how to have it removed. Effective October 26, 2026.

What I collect

Only what you type into a form: your name and email, your phone number if you give it, your dates, destination, and budget, who’s traveling, including children’s ages, any notes, and where you found me.

What I don’t collect

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. I count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.

How it reaches me

Web3Forms delivers each form to my inbox. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. The site is hosted by Cloudflare.

What I do with it

I use it to answer you, quote and book your trip, and help while you’re away. When you book, I share what’s needed with the hotel, cruise line, or tour company, and with Fora Travel, the agency I book through, whose own privacy policy then applies.

What I never do

I don’t sell your details, trade them, or add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.

Keeping and removing it

I keep your details as long as your trip needs them, plus any records the law requires. Write to steph@magicaltravelfairy.com for a copy, a correction, or deletion, and I’ll see to it within 30 days.

Children

This site is for adults planning travel. A child’s age reaches me only when a parent or guardian provides it for a booking.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
